Tried to print shipping label and tells me to verify ID

I’m not trying to verify my ID nor have I ever submitted anything for verification but I keep getting this over and over again when trying to access the shipping label.

Is there anything I can do? Mercari support isn’t being helpful at all and I have orders to ship by Wednesday. I don’t know what to do.
